Answer: Hendrik Wölper

Born in November 1956 in Jerusalem (that was and still is the name of the hospital in Hamburg, see this Link).

Grown up in Bremen.

Studied physics and mathematics in Clausthal-Zellerfeld on the Harz mountain.

Thereafter seen in Göttingen, Wuppertal and Siegerland.

Now living in Schwelm.

in the surrounding of Schwelm up to the Ennepetalsperre and Wuppertalsperre.
